Khaitan Partner returns after GWU stintOctober 16 2009
Gauri Rasgotra, Khaitan's New Delhi Litigation Partner, has returned to their Delhi office after a stint in George Washington University's Law School where she headed the India Studies Centre.
She was appointed as Partner in 2004 and stayed on until 2006, when she left on a sabbatical to George Washington University. Rasgothra was the Director of the "India Project" program at GWU Law School. The program was conceived in an attempt to understand and improve Indian legal systems.
A graduate of AP Shah Law College, Gujarat, her focus areas are Constitutional law, Environmental law, Infrastructure law, Corporate law . . .
