Khaitan, CAM on Embassy’s acquisition of 73% stake in Le Meridien Bengaluru for 650 crore

Embassy Property Developments Private Limited has acquired a 73.41% stake in Mac Charles India Limited, which owns and operates Le Meridian Hotel, Bengaluru, for around Rs. 650 crore.
