The Kerala High Court today dismissed a petition Akhila Bharatiya Hindu Mahasabha praying that Muslim women be allowed to enter mosques and offer prayers, reports ToI.
The petition filed by Swamy Dethathreya Sai Swaroop Nath, State president of Akhila Bharatha Hindu Mahasabha was heard by a Bench of Justices Hrishikesh Roy and AK Jayasankaran Nambiar.
