The Court also said that Muslim women should approach the Court if they are aggrieved..The petitioner had contended that denial of entry to women into mosques is discriminatory and not in tune with standards of a modern society..The petitioner had also challenged the purdah system alleging that it was an encroachment into the realm of personal liberty..This the petitioner, had, therefore, contended violation of Articles 14 and 21.
