The Delhi High Court today issued notice to the Election Commission of India (ECI) in a plea by Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal seeking remedy against two orders that censured him for violating the model code of conduct during the Delhi and Goa elections.
Kejriwal had allegedly instigated the public to take bribes from other parties, if offered, but to vote for the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP).
