He also submitted that certain material has also been sent to the forensic laboratory, and that reports of the same are yet to arrive..Senior Advocate Abhishek Manu Singhvi appearing for Chidambaram submitted that the documents talk about an address of the company, which took more than one year for the CBI to find out. He said,.“A man sitting in America can Google it. I have Googled it in three minutes.”.He also submitted that it will take the CBI years to complete its questioning if it continues to investigate in the same manner. He further said that the CBI lacks any substantial evidence to keep Chidambaram in its custody..Singhvi revealed that his client was woken up at 2:30 am for questioning, which had a detrimental impact on his health..Refuting the arguments advanced by Singhvi, Mehta replied that the same were hollow and lacked substance..Mehta also refuted the medical issues raised by Chidambaram and said that he is willing to make a statement that there is no lack of proper medical facilities available to him.
