Juris Corp opens Bangalore office with Fox Mandal’s Debanjan Banerjee

Juris Corp has hired former Fox Mandal Partner, Debanjan Banerjee to expand

its presence in South India. Debanjan joined the firm in January 2016 and is heading the firm’s Bangalore office.

Debanjan is a law graduate from Calcutta University and also holds a Masters in Law & Economics from Erasmus University, Netherlands. He was made partner in 2009 at Fox Mandal.

He has 15 years of experience focusing on Corporate Commercial laws, Merger & Acquisitions, Joint Ventures, Private Equity and Project Finance.
