JSA, Poovayya, Fenwick and Sand Hill act on Facebook’s first acquisition in India of Little Eye Labs

J. Sagar Associates advised Facebook on its first ever acquisition in India of shares of an Indian company, Little Eye Software Labs Private Limited. The deal is reportedly pegged at around $10-15 million. Little Eye is a Bangalore-based mobile software analytics company.
