JSA’s Hegde and Parekh, Juris Corp’s Hitesh Jain set up Parinam Law Associates

Former Partner at Juris Corp Hitesh Jain, along with former JSA Equity Partner Ravichandra S Hegde and Senior Associate Paras Parekh have set up Parinam Law Associates. The three will spearhead operations across offices in Mumbai, Delhi and Pune..Parinam Law Associates will be a full-service law firm with 50 lawyers and 7 partners across three offices..Apart from a prominent Civil, Commercial and Criminal (including White Collar Crimes) Disputes and Arbitration practice, the firm will specialise in Securities Advisory and Litigation, Corporate Commercial and Real Estate Advisory, and have a significant presence in the Media and Entertainment space..The firm will also have a research arm focussing on new legislation and policy-making, and will shortly develop a pro bono consulting and disputes program to cater to legal requirements of the under-privileged, charitable foundations, and philanthropists..Hitesh Jain has previously worked at ALMT Legal and Udwadia & Udeshi, and has over 22 years of experience..Ravichandra Hegde joined JSA in 2008 and was made Partner in 2016, and Equity Partner in February this year. Both Hegde and Paras Parekh’s practices cover diverse areas of Litigation and Dispute Resolution, besides advisory on various Corporate Commercial, Securities, and Business & Mercantile laws. They have both previously worked at AZB & Partners..Joining Jain, Hegde and Parekh are former Juris Corp and ALMT Partners – Subhash Jadhav and Pooja Tidke. They will head the firm’s Civil, Commercial and Criminal Disputes (including white collar crimes) and Arbitration practice..Anuja Kedia will head the Real Estate practice, and Mallika Noorani will head the Corporate Commercial and Media and Entertainment practice..Former SKJ Legal Partners, Pankaj Jain and Sabyasachi Ghosh will head the firm’s Pune operations and Malvika Kalra will head the firm’s Delhi operations..Parinam will commence operations from December 1, 2018, from Express Towers in Mumbai.
