JSA and Rajani lead on CR Asias acquisition of Contract Resources Petrochem Services

Singapore’s CR Asia has acquired the balance 40 per cent stake in Contract Resources Petrochem Services (India)(CRPS) from Skynet Worldwide Express and other Individual shareholders.
