Jharkhand High Court grants Lalu Prasad Yadav bail in Fodder Scam caseJuly 12 2019
The Jharkhand High Court today granted former Bihar Chief Minister Lalu Prasad Yadav bail in one of the fodder scam cases he has been convicted in.
The order was passed by a Bench of Justice Aparesh Kumar Singh. The Court has granted bail to Lalu Prasad Yadav subject to the deposit of two sureties of Rs. 50,000 each.
