Second is, you have to have huge doses of empathy, you’ve got to build an organisation and the third is, you have to have a bit of a thick skin,” he explained. .Dutt shared that his motivation in life was to create something new. “Money is not a primary motivator for me.. It is always create something, add value. What drives a lot of other entrepreneurs is not money.”.He also shared his deep love for law, because it challenges one’s mind every day and creates new learning. Further shedding light on his views of spirituality, he shared his belief that God is created by humans. “I believe in God, so I am not an atheist. I don’t believe in rituals, I believe there is science to everything.
