IndusLaw, SAM act on Chaayos 81 crore fund raise from SAIF Partners

Tea cafe chain Chaayos has raised Rs. 81 crore (about $12 million) from marquee venture capital firm SAIF Partners, Hong Kong-based Integrated Capital and Singapore-based growth-stage investment firm Pactolus.
