Indus Law and K Law act on IvyCap Ventures, Accel India investment in Vinculum

Noida-based Vinculum Solutions, a SaaS (Software as a Service)-based software products developer for e-commerce and multi-channel retailers, has raised an undisclosed amount from IvyCap Ventures and existing investor Accel India Ventures.
