In two separate cases, Supreme Court imposes Death Penalty on three personsOctober 3 2019
The Supreme Court today imposed death penalty on three persons in two separate cases.
The judgments in both cases were rendered by the same Bench of Justices Rohinton Nariman, R Subhash Reddy and Surya Kant. While Justice Subhash Reddy dissented in one of the judgments with respect to the sentence, the second judgment was unanimous.
