#Hadiya case: NIA moves Supreme Court seeking order to investigateAugust 10 2017
The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has filed an interlocutory application in the Hadiya case pending before the Supreme Court, stating that it has not carried out any investigation in the matter and will need an order of the apex court to do so.
Additional Solicitor General Maninder Singh mentioned the matter today before Chief Justice JS Khehar, who issued notice to the husband of Hadiya, who is the petitioner in the case.
