GWU Law and AMU sign MoUFebruary 19 2010
The Aligarh Muslim University (AMU) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the George Washington University Law School for facilitating academic research and initiating a student exchange programme between the universities.
Dean of GWU, Frederick Lawrence and Professor Karamanain of GWU were present at the media conference. "The major areas of research between the two institutes would include intellectual property law, Islamic law, constitutional law, international and comparative law and environmental law," said an AMU spokesperson.
