Gwalior Court temporarily lifts ban on IIPM related web pages Next hearing on March 14 2013

A district court in Gwalior has temporarily lifted its ban on several web pages which allegedly contained defamatory material against the Indian Institute of Planning and Management (IIPM). The banned web pages included a page hosted by the University Grants Commission (UGC), which stated that the IIPM was not recognized by the UGC.
