Why the Gujarat HC rendered the 2017 election of BJP MLA Pabubha Manek voidApril 12 2019
The Gujarat High Court on Friday set aside the election of Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) candidate Pabubha Manek to the Gujarat Legislative Assembly.

In this regard, Section 100 of the Representation of People Act, 1951 was invoked.
