The GoI’s School Education Secy has shared a letter written by the Bombay HC’s Dy Registrar

A few minutes before 1 pm today, the recently appointed School Education Secretary Anil Swarup tweeted a copy of a letter written by SD Dhongade, the Deputy Registrar (Admin) of the Bombay High Court.
