Fox Mandal had started the London office in 2008..Speaking to Bar & Bench, Ajit Mishra said, “I was involved in setting up London office and till recently running the London practice of Fox Mandal.”.Ajit is dual qualified to practice both in India and UK. He is a graduate of Campus Law Centre (CLC), University of Delhi. He graduated in 2001 and started working with New Delhi Law Offices (NDLO). In 2005, he qualified as Solicitor (England & Wales) and in same year completed his LL.M from Queen Mary, University of London..Ajit further said, “There were no specific reason for my resignation, but I felt that my role with Fox Mandal was reaching its saturation point. Further I am sure this is a ideal time for me to move out from Fox Mandal and make best advantage of Indian liberalization scenario”..Bar & Bench also spoke to Fox Mandal Managing Partner, Som Mandal. He confirmed that Ajit has moved on and informed that Tony Khindria is now heading the London office, who had last year merged his firm LexIndia with Fox Mandal.
