The four new judges have been appointed for a  term of two years from the date they assume charge of their respective offices.

Among the new appointees, Govindaraj Suraj is an 1995 NLSIU graduate and a partner at Bangalore-based Anup S Shah Law Firm.

The appointment was made pursuant to a Supreme Court Collegium recommendation made in March this year.
