Former Luthra & Luthra Managing Associate Ravisekhar Nair has today joined Economic Laws Practice as an Associate Partner. Ravi brings just that experience to ELP and we welcome him on the team”..Ravisekhar is a graduate of the National Law India University, Bhopal and did his LLM in International Trade Laws and Dispute Resolution from the University of Queensland, Australia. He started his career with Luthra & Luthra in 2005 and was with them for almost seven years as part of the Competition Law Practice Group..Ravisekhar specializes in Competition Advisory, Merger Clearances, Competition Compliance & Investigations, Dispute Resolution, Regulatory Advice & Enforcement and Legislative Drafting..Speaking to Bar & Bench on his decision to move to ELP, Ravisekhar said, “I saw this as a great opportunity from a strictly professional point of view to take things forward. This is a much a larger role and I thought it would be good to take up this leadership role”..On his experience working at Luthra & Luthra, he said, “It’s an absolutely great place to work in and I worked with some very nice people.
