Former Kainth Partner Satish Srinivasan joins ALMT Legal Bangalore

Satish Srinivasan, former Partner at Dr. Kainth and Associates, has today joined the Bangalore office of ALMT Legal as a Partner. He joins ALMT Legal five months after the tragic death of Dr. Kainth in February this year. .Dr. Kainth and Associates is now headed by Senior Partner Anupama Venugopal along with two other Partners Mahesh Revana and Akshara Kumar Chittur, who all have been employees at the firm. .Satish joined Dr. Kainth and Associates in June 2000 after graduating from Symbiosis Law School, Pune. He was made a Partner in 2005 and was heading the firm’s Corporate Law team..Satish, who has over 13 years of experience in advising and structuring joint ventures into India will be part of the corporate team at ALMT Legal. He will advise clients on joint ventures, company formation, RBI and FDI issues with specific focus on the offset projects which includes defence, aerospace and avionics sector..Speaking to Bar & Bench, Satish said, “.ALMT Legal already has expertise in these areas and has got significant engagements in the defence offset advise.
