“A foray by an Indian author into comparative Constitutional Law”, Nariman J. on Chintan Chandrachud

The doctoral thesis of Dr. Chintan Chandrachud was released as a book yesterday by Supreme Court judge, Justice Rohinton Fali Nariman. The book titled ‘Balanced Constitutionalism – Courts and Legislatures in India and the United Kingdom’ compares the new model of judicial review established under the UK Human Rights Act, with judicial review under the Indian Constitution.
