No license was found in his possession. His father, Manjit Singh, is Vice President Engineer and Projects at Indraprastha Gas Limited..The car has been found to be registered in the name of A. B. Saxena, father of the Mrinal’s friend Vikrant. The police have said that action would be taken against the car owner for violating the Motor Vehicle Act provision which prohibits a vehicle owner from allowing a minor to use it.
