HSA Advocates, busy ramping up its practice verticals and undergoing restructuring, has got Paras Kuhad’s entire Mumbai Litigation team on board..Partner-in-Charge Amit Jajoo has joined HSA Advocates as a Partner along with his team of six lawyers, according to sources..Jajoo’s team also includes Associate Partner Sushmita Gandhi, who focuses on Banking and Finance practice..HSA Managing Partner Amitabh Sharma, and Amit Jajoo were not available for comment at the time of publishing the story..Jajoo, who joined the bar in 2004 after graduating from Government Law College, Mumbai, worked at the solicitors firm NC Dalal & Co before joining Paras Kuhad as a Partner in Mumbai. Jajoo focuses on general civil and commercial litigation, IPR related litigations and arbitration matters..It is understood that Paras Kuhad would be shutting its Mumbai office considering Jajoo and his team made up the entire office..HSA has been on a hiring spree off late. The firm has recently hired Sharath Chandrasekhar as a Partner in the newly opened Bengaluru office, Aninda Pal from Juris Corp in Mumbai, and also changed the firm’s management structure.
