Exception 4 to Murder under Section 300, IPC: What Supreme Court held [Read Judgment]May 6 2019
The Supreme Court on Monday made certain pertinent observations regarding acts that would be exempted from being qualified as murder under Section 300 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC). An appeal case stemming from a Delhi High Court judgment led the Bench of Justices R Banumathi and R Subhash Reddy to reiterate the law laid down in Surinder Kumar v.
