Economic Reservation: Constitution (103rd Amendment) Act, 2019 comes into forceJanuary 14 2019
The Constitution (One Hundred and Third Amendment) Act, 2019 which introduces a ten percent economic reservation for those belonging to economically weaker sections of society has come into force from today i.e. January 14, 2019.
The Central government has notified the same in the Gazette of India.
