DSK, Trilegal act on Global Insurance acquisition of Aon’s 26% stake in JV

Indian insurance company Global Insurance Services Brokers and its promoters Prabodh Thakker and Sunita Thakker have acquired the entire stake of 26% of Aon Holdings B.V in their Indian Insurance JV broking company, Aon Global Insurance Brokers for an undisclosed amount.
