A doctor whose persistent attempts to enrol at the Bar were turned down by Bar Councils due to suppression of material facts, has now received a final word from the Supreme Court – don’t pursue it.

A Bench of Justices L Nageswara Rao and MR Shah was hearing a case filed by one Anand Kumar Sharma (Appellant), a doctor who had served as Medical Officer with the Government of Himachal Pradesh.
