Derek O Brien, Sitaram Yechury and Ors call for impeachment of MP High Court judge accused of sexual harassment

Even as Chief Justice Dattu has set up a three-judge committee to examine charges of sexual harassment, the High Court judge at the center of the controversy is facing the threat of impeachment. As per this report, more than 50 members of the Upper House have written to Vice President Hamid Ansari seeking the initiation of impeachment proceedings.
