Delhi Pollution: “Can we tell rickshaw puller not to work outside”, asks Supreme Court

Taking a note of the grim situation in the National Capital due to Air Pollution, the Supreme Court today urged the authorities to find a solution while remarking that people cannot be forced to remain indoors due to the same.
