Delhi High Court notifies 68 cases liable to be transferred as per Commercial Courts Amendment Act

Pursuant to its circular intimating the transfer of all pending commercial suits valued at Rs. 2 crore or less and filed on or after May 3, 2018, the Delhi High Court has identified and notified 68 such cases liable to be transferred to the concerned district courts.
