Delhi High Court green signals e-vamp of district courts

The Delhi High Court has recently agreed to hear a PIL seeking directions for proper management of official websites of district courts in the capital.

Advocate Amit Sahni filed the PIL to ensure that information regarding daily orders, cause lists and judges on leave is regularly updated on the district court websites. On Monday, a Bench comprising Justices BD Ahmed and Sanjeev Sachdeva listed the petition before the Computer Committee of the high court.
