Delhi High Court to constitute special bench to hear MP Minister’s disqualification plea

The Delhi High Court today told Madhya Pradesh Minister  Narottam Mishra that a Special Bench would be constituted tomorrow to look into his plea challenging the Election Commission’s order disqualifying Mishra from contesting elections for three years .
