The Delhi High Court today disposed of a public interest litigation seeking a probe into the alleged violations of Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) norms by e-commerce giants Amazon and Flipkart.
The order was passed by a Division Bench of Chief Justice Rajendra Menon and Justice V Kameswar Rao after the Enforcement Directorate (ED) informed the Court that an investigation into the issue was already pending with it.
