The battle for Gold: Delhi HC directs Amity Law School to award Gold Medal to Law graduateJanuary 26 2018
The Delhi High Court has allowed the petition of law student Abhinav Pandey and has directed Amity Law School to confer a Gold Medal on him for graduating from the university with the highest score.
Pandey, during his 6th semester in 2013, was unable to appear for two papers as he was suffering from chicken pox. He wrote the said two papers in 2014 and graduated with the highest cumulative performance index (cpi).
However, the university rejected his claim . . .
