Delhi Court summons CM Arvind Kejriwal in defamation case by BJP MLA Vijender GuptaJuly 8 2019
The Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate at New Delhi's Rouse Avenue Court Complex has summoned Delhi Chief Minister and Aam Aadmi Party Leader Arvind Kejriwal and deputy CM Manish Sisodia in connection with a criminal defamation case by BJP MLA Vijender Gupta.
Gupta had filed a criminal defamation case after Kejriwal and Sisodia tweeted that Gupta along with his party, the Bharatiya Janta Party, was involved in a conspiracy to assassinate Kejriwal.
