Delhi Court extends police custody of former SC Court Master arrested for order tamperingApril 15 2019
The Court of Chief Metropolitan Magistrate at Patiala House today extended the police custody of former Court Master of the Supreme Court Tapan Kumar Chakraborty in connection with the order tampering case.
Chakraborty's police custody has been extended by three days.
The second accused in the case, stenographer Manav Sharma was remanded to judicial custody by the Court.
The order was passed by CMM Manish Khurana.
