Delhi Court issues notice in suit challenging CLAT counseling process; To hear matter on June 18

Three days after the revised CLAT results were announced, a district court in Delhi has agreed to hear a suit challenging the CLAT admission and evaluation process. Although no interim relief has been granted, the court will be hearing the matter once agan next week, on June 18.
