Byju’s, India’s largest online learning platform, has acquired Mumbai-based ed-tech startup WhiteHat Jr. in a $300 million all-cash transaction from Karan Bajaj (WhiteHat Jr. founder) and Nexus Ventures, Omidyar Network and Owl Ventures (selling investors).
