The Supreme Court today issued notice to the State of Jammu & Kashmir seeking its response in the Habeas Corpus petition alleging custodial torture of activist Talib Hussain.
The matter was heard by a Bench of Chief Justice of India, Dipak Misra and Justices AM Khanwilkar and DY Chandrachud.
