He has been working with the London office of Linklaters for the last six years. Prior to that, he was working at the Delhi office of Amarchand Mangaldas. Pranav is a graduate of National Law School of India University, Bangalore and he started his career with Dua Associates, where he worked for about one year before moving to Amarchand Mangaldas..Pranav has extensive experience in the areas of Banking & Finance, Project Finance, Debt Capital Markets, Corporate & Debt Restructuring, Joint Ventures, Mergers & Acquisitions, Policy & Legislation and Regulatory Practices..Pranav is right now serving his notice period at Linklaters and is due to leave the firm by mid of July..This will take the total number of partners at the firm to 69.
