National University of Advanced Legal Studies (NUALS), the organizing university for this year’s Common Law Admission Test (CLAT 2018), has submitted to the Supreme Court a formula to determine how candidates who lost time will be compensated.
Today, the formula was submitted to the vacation bench of Justices UU Lalit and Deepak Gupta, which accepted the same. NUALS submitted that the formula had been applied to four candidates. However, the Bench insisted that the formula be applied to all candidates who suffered from loss . . .
