CLAT 2015: Bombay HC stays final allotment list, notes non-compliance of Kerala HC order

The litigation seems to be piling up on RMLNLU, the organizing university of this year’s CLAT. The Bombay High Court on Saturday stayed the fourth and final CLAT allotment list, after a writ petition was filed by a candidate. The order was passed in chambers after Friday and Saturday were declared holidays due to heavy rain.
