AQUILAW is offering roles to mid-senior level lawyers to join the firm’s Corporate practice in Kolkata. The candidates should have at least 5 years’ work experience for the Senior Associate position and 1-2 years for the Associate position.

Job Description 

• Mergers & Acquisitions, Banking and Finance, Project Finance, General Corporate, Infrastructure Laws, etc

Job Qualification & Minimum requirements 

• At least 5+ years of experience in handling corporate transactions for the Senior Associate role and 1 – 2 years for the Associate role.

• Preferably from a well-ranked law school.

• Should be able to independently handle matters and liaison with clients.

• Should have excellent drafting and research skills.
