Chief Justice of India Ranjan Gogoi once again rebuked the Bar for making indiscriminate requests during mentioning for early listing of cases.

He did not hide his dissatisfaction at the Bar for persisting with mentioning matters which did not involve extreme urgency.

When the Bench sat at 10.30 am today, a lawyer mentioned a matter which had been deleted from the list.

Gogoi J. told that he will look into it and make sure . . .
