CJI Dattu’s Supreme Court: Practice of letter circulation reinstated, seniors allowed to mention

The practice of letter circulation has been reinstated by the Supreme Court. This is the first major change brought about by the new Chief Justice of India, Justice HL Dattu after his predecessor, Justice RM Lodha had stopped the practice.
