Jasti Chelameswar J. recuses from Patiala House Violence case

After hearing the Patiala House violence case for well over a year, Justice Jasti Chelameswar has decided to recuse from hearing it. The development took place in Court 3 earlier today, where Justice Chelameswar currently sits with Justice Abdul Nazeer.
